Testimonials
The first was an emergency surgery. Doctors told me I would not survive without it. Ten inches of my intestine were removed due to a blockage, and my body had swollen to nearly three times its normal size. I had a colostomy installed and spent about ten days in the ICU, completely dependent on nurses for care. I was weak, in pain, and fighting for my life.
After ICU, I went to rehab to learn how to walk again, first using a wheelchair and then a walker. Three months later, I had a second surgery to reverse the colostomy. It was a painful journey, but I was grateful it could be reversed.
Through every surgery, every setback, and every painful step, I never stopped praising God. He carried me through it all.
I am alive today by His grace and mercy, and I give Him all the glory.
